Fun Way To Serve Watermelon

This is a simple, but fun way to serve watermelon.... I have seen similar ones on Pinterest, so we have made them and come up with our own variations also.

It is pretty easy to carve into a watermelon... and you can get very detailed.... or keep it simple. I do not like halloween at all or anything to do with it, so I tried to keep this different that that would be....

The nice thing about this was that it only needed watermelon and a knife- and that was all.
This one used lime slices for the eyes, blueberries for the eyeballs and strawberry for the nose.  It was fun and received well... and as long as I had the items, it was fine.

The "bowl" below was also easy... and decorative.   I added strawberries and lime slices for additional color and it was fun and well-liked.

Watermelon tastes good no matter how you serve it, but once in a while it is fun to serve it more creatively. :) Thank you for visiting my blog today.... I hope you have a wonderful day. :)
